G A T H E R

  • 1 cup nut // seed milk [of choice, unsweetened]

  • 1/4 cup canned coconut milk

  • 1/2 cup cauliflower rice [frozen]

  • 20 g protein from clean protein powder [of choice]

  • 1 cup raspberries [frozen]

  • 1 tsp honey


H O W T O

  1. place all ingredients in a blender

  2. blend until smooth and creamy

  3. serve cold and enjoy!

coconut milk

the creamy texture of coconut milk is due to its high content of medium-chain triglycerides [MCTs]. MCTs are absorbed easily by the digestive tract + readily converted to energy in the body.
